Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LogicVersity's website, course information, enrolment process, professional training services, learning materials, and related resources.

Effective date: July 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the LogicVersity website, submitting an enquiry, requesting course information, enrolling in a course, participating in training, downloading materials, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you use the services on behalf of a company, institution, government entity, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” may refer to both you personally and the organization you represent.

Mandatory legal rights: Nothing in these Terms limits rights, remedies, warranties, guarantees, withdrawal rights, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

2. Who we are

LogicVersity is an educational organization that provides practitioner-led professional and organizational training in areas such as artificial intelligence, user experience, Agile methodologies, innovation, leadership, no-code/low-code solutions, and immersive technologies.

3. Services

LogicVersity offers educational and professional development services, including course information, workshops, cohort-based training, organizational training, learning resources, advisory conversations related to course selection, and related support.

Services may be delivered online, in person, hybrid, live, recorded, self-paced, or through third-party platforms, depending on the specific course, proposal, invoice, order form, or written agreement.

Course descriptions, syllabuses, dates, faculty, learning outcomes, formats, availability, and pricing are provided for informational and commercial planning purposes. We may update or adapt course content, schedules, instructors, tools, and delivery methods where reasonably necessary, provided that the overall educational purpose of the course is not materially reduced.

4. Eligibility

You may use the services only if you can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law or if your parent, legal guardian, employer, school, or sponsoring organization has authorized your participation.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the services only with the consent and supervision required by applicable law. Organizations that enrol learners are responsible for ensuring that enrolled participants are authorized to participate and that any legally required parental, institutional, or employer approvals have been obtained.

5. Enrolment and course access

Submitting a form, requesting a brochure, or contacting us does not by itself guarantee acceptance into a course, reserve a seat, fix a price, or create a paid enrolment unless LogicVersity confirms this in writing or through an applicable order, invoice, payment confirmation, or agreement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during enquiries, enrolment, billing, and course participation. LogicVersity may refuse, postpone, or cancel enrolment where information is inaccurate, payment is not completed, prerequisites are not met, capacity is unavailable, or participation would create a legal, operational, security, or safety concern.

Organizational training

For team or organizational training, the client organization is responsible for attendee lists, internal communications, participant eligibility, internal approvals, and ensuring that participants comply with these Terms and any course-specific requirements.

Technical requirements

You are responsible for having the internet connection, compatible device, browser, software, and access permissions reasonably needed to participate in online or digital components of a course. We are not responsible for failures caused by your equipment, network, software, firewall, local restrictions, or third-party systems outside our control.

6. Fees, payment, and taxes

Fees, payment schedules, currency, included services, taxes, discounts, and invoicing details will be stated in the applicable course page, proposal, invoice, order form, written agreement, or other transaction document. If there is a conflict between a general website description and a signed agreement or issued invoice, the signed agreement or invoice controls for that transaction.

  • Prices may be subject to taxes, duties, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or similar charges required by law or financial providers.
  • Payments must be made by the due date and through the payment method accepted for the relevant transaction.
  • Late, failed, disputed, or reversed payments may result in suspended access, delayed certification, collection activity, or cancellation, subject to applicable law.
  • Where a third-party payment processor is used, that processor may apply its own terms and privacy practices.

LogicVersity will not impose hidden mandatory fees. Any mandatory fees that are known and applicable at the time of purchase should be disclosed before payment to the extent required by applicable consumer protection law.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, substitution, transfer, and refund rules may vary by course format, jurisdiction, customer type, delivery date, digital access status, and the applicable proposal, invoice, order form, or written agreement.

Your cancellation rights

  • If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation, withdrawal, cooling-off, refund, repair, replacement, re-performance, or similar rights under the laws that apply where you live.
  • If a statutory cancellation period applies to an online purchase, you may have the right to cancel within that period unless a lawful exception applies, such as where you request immediate performance or immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this may affect cancellation rights.
  • If you are an organization, cancellation and refund rights are governed by the applicable commercial agreement, proposal, invoice, or order form, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

LogicVersity changes or cancellation

LogicVersity may reschedule, relocate, convert delivery format, substitute an instructor, or cancel a course for low enrolment, instructor unavailability, platform failure, safety concerns, legal restrictions, force majeure, or other operational reasons. Where we cancel a paid course and do not provide a substantially equivalent alternative, we will provide an appropriate remedy such as a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling option as required by applicable law and the relevant agreement.

No effect on mandatory rights

Any refund policy, cancellation deadline, or course-specific condition applies only to the extent permitted by law. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Learner and client responsibilities

You agree to participate professionally, follow course instructions, respect instructors and other participants, and use course resources only for lawful learning and internal professional development purposes.

  • Do not share login credentials, access links, recordings, private class spaces, or restricted materials with unauthorized persons.
  • Do not record sessions unless LogicVersity gives prior written permission or recording is expressly allowed for that course.
  • Do not disclose confidential information shared by LogicVersity, instructors, clients, or participants during private training sessions.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, enrolment status, attendance, assignments, results, or certificate eligibility.
  • Do not use course activities to collect personal information from others without a lawful basis and appropriate notice.

For organizational training, the client must ensure that its attendees comply with these responsibilities and that any internal materials or examples provided to LogicVersity may lawfully be used for the agreed training purpose.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, learning materials, communication channels, forms, or any course platform. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Using the services for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Interfering with website security, networks, systems, accounts, learning platforms, or other users.
  • Uploading or transmitting malware, malicious code, spam, unauthorized advertising, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Attempting to bypass access controls, payment requirements, technical restrictions, course capacity limits, or security measures.
  • Copying, scraping, harvesting, mining, reverse engineering, or systematically extracting website or course content except where expressly permitted by law.
  • Using the services in a way that could damage LogicVersity's reputation, operations, intellectual property, legal compliance, or ability to serve other learners.

10. Intellectual property

The LogicVersity name, logo, website design, course titles, course materials, slides, frameworks, exercises, videos, recordings, handouts, graphics, text, assessments, templates, and related resources are owned by LogicVersity or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, LogicVersity grants enrolled learners a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for personal learning or internal professional development during the course and for reasonable post-course reference.

You must not copy, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute, upload, share, train models on, adapt, translate, record, broadcast, commercially exploit, or create derivative courses from LogicVersity materials without prior written permission, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. User content and feedback

You may provide messages, enquiries, assignments, survey responses, examples, comments, questions, project materials, business context, or other content during your interaction with LogicVersity. You retain any rights you own in that content.

You grant LogicVersity a limited license to use, host, copy, display, process, adapt, and share your content as reasonably necessary to provide the services, administer courses, respond to enquiries, deliver support, improve learning quality, comply with law, and protect rights and security.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide any content you submit and that such content does not violate confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about LogicVersity, we may use them without restriction or compensation, provided that we do not publicly identify you or disclose your confidential information without permission.

12. Third-party services

The website and courses may reference, link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services, including video conferencing tools, learning platforms, analytics tools, payment processors, email providers, cloud hosting, social media, AI tools, productivity software, and external websites.

Third-party services are not controlled by LogicVersity. Their own terms, privacy notices, availability, security, support policies, and fees may apply. LogicVersity is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law or a written agreement.

Where a course uses third-party software or tools, you are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable third-party terms before using them.

13. Certificates and outcomes

LogicVersity may provide certificates, completion records, badges, or similar evidence of participation where specified for a course. Unless expressly stated in writing, such certificates confirm participation or completion of LogicVersity training only and do not constitute government licensing, university credit, regulated professional certification, employment qualification, or authorization to practice a regulated profession.

Learning outcomes depend on many factors, including attendance, prior knowledge, participation, practice, organizational context, and implementation. LogicVersity does not guarantee employment, promotion, revenue, exam success, business results, regulatory approval, investment performance, or any specific operational outcome.

14. Disclaimers

The services and materials are provided for educational and professional development purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, engineering, cybersecurity, investment, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated in a written agreement with appropriately qualified professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, services, course materials, and related resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, absolute security, compatibility with every system, or suitability for every specific business or personal purpose.

We use reasonable care to provide accurate and current information, but course content may become outdated as technologies, laws, tools, market practices, and professional standards change. You are responsible for evaluating whether any technique, tool, example, framework, or recommendation is suitable for your circumstances before applying it.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicVersity and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, partners, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or business interruption damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or anticipated savings; or damages arising from third-party services, technical failures, or reliance on educational materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogicVersity's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to LogicVersity for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or USD 100 if no amount was paid.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

16. Indemnity

If you use the services on behalf of an organization, that organization agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LogicVersity from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the organization's breach of these Terms, misuse of the services, unauthorized use of materials, violation of law, infringement of third-party rights, or content provided by the organization or its attendees.

For individual consumers, this indemnity applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and only where the claim results from your unlawful conduct, intentional misconduct, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.

17. Suspension and termination

LogicVersity may suspend or terminate access to the website, course materials, learning platforms, sessions, or related services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, failed to pay applicable fees, created a security or operational risk, infringed rights, acted unlawfully, or disrupted a course or other users.

Where reasonable and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before suspension or termination. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect safety, security, legal compliance, intellectual property, confidentiality, or the rights of others.

Sections intended to survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and contact provisions, will continue to apply.

18. Force majeure

LogicVersity will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health events, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, legal restrictions, power failure, internet or telecommunications disruption, platform outages, payment network failures, cyber incidents, instructor emergencies, or other events that could not reasonably be prevented.

Where a force majeure event affects a paid course, LogicVersity will use reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative, such as rescheduling, remote delivery, substitute instruction, credit, or another remedy required by applicable law or the relevant agreement.

19. Changes to these Terms

LogicVersity may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, technology, law, security practices, or business operations. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Material changes will not apply retroactively to completed purchases unless required by law or unless you agree. If you continue to use the services after updated Terms become effective, you accept the updated Terms for future use.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory laws of your country, state, province, or region provide you with non-waivable rights or require a different governing law or forum.

Before starting a formal claim, you agree to contact LogicVersity at info@logicversity.com so the parties can attempt in good faith to resolve the issue informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the competent courts or authorities will be determined under applicable law and any written agreement that applies to the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property, confidentiality, security, or legal rights, where available under applicable law.
